IQ DentalLive: availability, booking, reading, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, subject to practice settings.
EstomedBook, read, reschedule and cancel appointments. This scope has been verified on a test instance; connecting a practice requires access validation.
SmartDentalIn preparation for new appointments. Connection and booking need testing on a SmartDental instance before launch.
FelgDentLive: availability and appointment requests approved by reception. Staff handle rescheduling and cancellation.

IQ Dental supports direct booking. FELG Dent creates an appointment request: the slot is held and reception approves it. Estomed and SmartDental need further steps before production launch.

Frequently asked questions
The integration connects receptionOS to your existing PMS. We first check compatibility, access and the required functions. Systems do not all expose the same operations.
As verified on 14 September 2026, IQ Dental and FELG Dent have live deployments. Estomed has passed tests on the supplier’s test instance. SmartDental is in preparation and still needs connection and booking tests.
No. IQ Dental supports both. The available FELG Dent connection cannot reschedule or cancel, so reception handles those requests. Estomed has passed these scenarios in testing. SmartDental does not expose them in the current connection scope.
Timing depends on access, the PMS, practice configuration and test results. An existing integration does not mean a particular practice is ready to serve patients.
We agree the required operations, permissions and data-processing arrangements. Access should match the approved deployment scope.
