Yes. Integration access and the appropriate clinicians and online appointment types must be enabled. Access to the software alone is not enough.
Only appointment types enabled for online booking and included in the agreed scenario. This does not automatically cover every treatment in the price list.
Yes. Both operations work in the IQ Dental integration. The practice sets rules such as minimum notice, and the patient and appointment must be correctly identified.
We agree and test the scope of locations, clinicians and appointments during onboarding. The bot should confirm the patient’s intended practice.
