Press Kit
receptionOS is an AI-native system built specifically for dental clinics.
It works as the clinic's nervous system — collecting signals from every communication channel: phone, email, SMS, and chat widget, processing them in real time, and taking autonomous actions: from scheduling appointments 24/7, to analyzing service quality, to managing doctor schedules.
Unlike generic AI tools, receptionOS was built inside clinics. The system was created on the basis of over 50,000 authentic reception conversations. Every feature was designed and tested on real patients and real clinical processes.
The product's foundation combines technological thinking with 35 years of operational experience in dentistry. The system is already deployed in leading clinics in Poland and the UK.

Mission
We've been in dentistry for generations. We've seen some of the best clinics in the country lose patients, and sometimes be sold for a fraction of their value. Not because of lack of medical expertise — the problem was far more fundamental: communication.
You can have a great team, modern equipment, and an excellent lab, and still lose patients in the most mundane way. Because no one picked up the phone. Because someone didn't call back. Because the email inbox became a mess that's hard to control.
Modern clinics are full of brilliant specialists, but their communication infrastructure often comes from a previous era. Phones, emails, forms, and messengers create chaos that overloads the reception, frustrates patients, and limits the entire clinic's potential.
Our startup's mission is to enhance the competencies of reception staff. Our approach, which we call human communication enhanced, means AI handles repetitive tasks while the team can focus on what truly requires human attention and experience.
